Thank you for shopping with Le Bazar. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is defective or damaged when received.
- You received the wrong product, size, color, or quantity.
- The product is significantly different from its description on our website.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, the item should generally be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and other included items.
2. Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, we may not be able to accept a return or exchange unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect or another issue covered by this policy.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, or other practical reasons.
These may include:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Products without their original packaging or accessories.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products that have been washed, altered, or intentionally damaged.
- Items specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Le Bazar within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs or a video showing the product and packaging.
After reviewing the information, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
5. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method where possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank account or other suitable payment details to process an approved refund.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to an error by Le Bazar, such as receiving the wrong, damaged, or defective product, Le Bazar will bear the applicable return shipping cost.
If the return is requested because of a change of mind, incorrect selection, or another reason not caused by Le Bazar, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
7. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an eligible product for another item, size, or variant, please contact us within the applicable return period.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or refund, as applicable.
8. Return Approval
Do not send a product back without contacting us first. We will provide the return instructions after reviewing your request.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
9. Non-Delivery and Refused Orders
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect address, refused delivery, or was unavailable to receive the parcel after reasonable delivery attempts, additional shipping or return charges may apply.
